Question 1043882
Make a table of data points for each equation. Graph each set of points of each equation separately on the same graph paper, cartesian system. Find and read the intersection point.

Another way is put each equation into slope-intercept form, and use the y-intercept and slope of each equation to graph its line; and identify and read the intersection point. Start by solving each equation for y in terms of x.

{{{system(y=(3/2)x+3,y=6x+6)}}}

{{{graph(400,400,-5,5,-3,7,3x/2+3,6x+6)}}}

The trouble you had was that you expected an intersection point other than the actual point for the exercise.
