Question 1041213

I am struggling with this one majorly. How do I multiply each radical and simplify ?
(2√7+6√2)(√7+4√2)

(2 square root 7 + 6 square root 2)( square root 7 + 4 square root 2)

The teacher gave us the answer: 62+14√14

I am trying to figure out how she got that.

Thank you for your help
<pre>{{{(2sqrt(7) + 6sqrt(2))(sqrt(7) + 4sqrt(2))}}}
{{{matrix(1,13, 2sqrt(7), "(", sqrt(7), "+", 4sqrt(2), ")", "+", 6sqrt(2), "(", sqrt(7), "+",  4sqrt(2), ")"))}}}
{{{(2sqrt(7) * sqrt(7)) + (2sqrt(7) * 4sqrt(2)) + (6sqrt(2) * (sqrt(7)) + (6sqrt(2) * 4sqrt(2)))}}}
{{{2(7) + 8sqrt(14) + 6sqrt(14) + 24 * 2}}}
{{{14 + 14sqrt(14) + 48}}}_______{{{highlight_green(62 + 14sqrt(14))}}}
