Question 1039394
Graphing the functions,
{{{y=10-sqrt(x-2)}}}
and
{{{y=11}}}

.
.
.
It looks like {{{10-sqrt(x-2)<=11}}} for all x where it's defined,
{{{x>=2}}}.
.
.
.
Algebraically,
{{{10-sqrt(x-2)<=11}}}
{{{sqrt(x-2)>=-1}}}
By definition, the square is always non-negative so it holds for all x, where degined.
