The set builder notation would be 
*[Tex \LARGE \left\{x|x\in\mathbb{Z} \ , \ x \ge 0\right\}]
which is essentially fancy math speak to mean "x is an integer which is either 0 or larger than 0"


Side Note: The symbol *[Tex \mathbb{Z}] is used for the set of integers because of the German word Zahlen . On the source below, it states "Zahlen is a German word for number"
