<font face="Times New Roman" size="+2">

If you had asked for the base measure of an equilateral triangle that has a given height and area, you would have a question that could be answered. However, you asked about a Yield sign. Yield signs are equilateral triangles with rounded vertices. Without knowing the radius of the curvature of the rounded vertices, your question cannot be answered.
