There are four circles of horses.  Each circle is 3 feet from the next circle.  The radius of the inner circle is 6 feet.  If a horse in the inner circle is 5/6 of the way around the merry-go-round, gives its polar coordinates.

Depending on where you start on the circle (5/6)th of the way around is
300 degrees.
The radius of the circle is 6.
Polar form is 6(cos300+ isin300)
