Question 1025938

Rewrite to exponential form and solve for x.

Logx^5.0625=4

I was able to change it to exponential form but wasn't able to solve for x.

X^4=5.0625

Now I need help to solve for x.
<pre>Based on what you've done so far, the equation seems to be: {{{log (x, (5.0625)) = 4}}}
This, in EXPONENTIAL form, as you stated is: {{{x^4 = 5.0625}}}
{{{matrix(2,1, " ", x^(4 * (1/4)) = 5.0625^(1/4))}}} --------- Raising each side to the {{{(1/4)^(th)}}} power
{{{matrix(2,1, " ", x^1 = 5.0625^(1/4))}}}__________{{{highlight_green(x = 1.5))}}}
