   This is a multiplication of fractions problem, so I guess you know you need to factor each of these numerators and denominators:

{{{ ((2y^2-7y-15)/(42y^2-29y-5))*((12y^2-16y+5)/(7y^2-36y+5))*((49y^2-1)/(4y^2-9))}}}

{{{ (((2y+3)*(y-5))/((7y+1)*(6y-5)))*(((6y-5)*(2y-1))/((7y-1)*(y-5)))*(((7y-1)(7y+1))/((2y-3)*(2y+3)))}}}

I'm sorry but in this format, I don't know how to show the factors all dividing out, but the way I did it on paper, all the factors divide out, except the factor of {{{(2y-1)}}} in the second numerator and the {{{(2y-3)}}} in the third denominator.  So the final answer is 
{{{(2y-1)/(2y-3) }}}
