Question 1016954
*[tex \large D_{84} = (1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 12, 14, 21, 28, 56, 84 )]
*[tex \large D_{60} \cup D_{84} = (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 10, 12, 14, 15, 20, 21, 28, 30, 60, 84 )] (should be {...} but this site doesn't recognize \{...\} for brackets)

I don't know if you typed your question correctly or incorrectly, but there is no positive integer m such that *[tex \large D_m = D_{60} \cup D_{84}]. The reason is because *[tex \large m \in D_m] and m is necessarily the largest number in *[tex \large D_m], but m cannot equal 84.
