Question 1013408

Solve this proportion:

3+x/7=3x-7/3

I did most of the work and ended up with x=-29/9. Is that what x equals? Also, how would I apply that answer to the existing equation? Please show your work and thank you!

If it's: {{{(3 + x)/7 = (3x - 7)/3}}}, then {{{highlight_green(x = 29/9)}}}
