Question 1009865
{{{x^2+3x-3=(x^2+7x+10)/(x^2+3x-4)}}}
{{{(x^2+3x-3)(x^2+3x-4)=x^2+7x+10}}}
Distributive property and simplification on the left member
and then arrange for all terms to be on one side
{{{highlight_green(x^4+6x^3+x^2-28x+2=0)}}}

Rational Roots Theorem and synthetic division, to check for roots, based on the
possibilities of -1, -2, 1, 2. You expect possible four roots.

The roots were checked, done on paper, not shown here, and none of those worked as roots. Best to try a graphing tool, software. When done as so, two real roots; one about 0.0718, and another about 1.794. These would be decimal approximations of irrational roots.
