I am a multiple of 2, but eight is not one of my factors. I am between 112 and 98. I am not a prime number or a square number. I am the median of the remaining numbers between 98 and 112. Who am i

This is such a STUPID, STUPID word problem. Who writes these? I hope my children never encounter such ridiculous supposed math problems.

Anyway, being a multiple of 2 rules out the possibility of it being a prime number, so “I am not a prime number” doesn’t make any sense.
Multiples of 2 that’re BETWEEN 98 and 112 (not between 112 and 98): 100, 102, 104, 106, 108, and 110.
Not a square rules out 100, and 8 not being one of its factors rules out 104.
This leaves the numbers BETWEEN 98 and 112 as: 102, 106, 108, and 11 ------ The MEDIAN of these numbers is NOT A multiple of 2.
Really now!!
