The difference when reversing the digits of any two digit number is always a multiple of 9. So the difference is a number of the form 9x and x is the difference between the two digits. So you need to find two single digit numbers that have a sum of 7 and a difference of 1, and then your number will be formed by the smaller of these two numbers followed by the larger.
