The term which will complete the square is  {{{(5/(2*3))^2=(5/6)^2}}};  ADD this INSIDE the parentheses on the left member, but add  {{{3*(5/6)^2}}}  to the right hand side member.  Necessary to account for the factorization just performed on the left side.
