Question 995194
What are two points in standard form? They are just two ordered pair as you have them. Specifying "standard form" is not necessary.

If you are trying to ask for the equation of the line containing those two points, then this video shows an example how.
<a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VDKztVZUgnM">Equation of line through two given points - into slope-intercept form</a>

Guessing you want to finish that in standard form, you would be starting from slope-intercept form: {{{y=mx+b}}}, and take slope {{{m=v/h}}} so you have that as rational...
{{{y=(v/h)x+b}}}
{{{hy=vx+hb}}}
{{{highlight_green(-vx+hy=hb)}}}
or
{{{highlight_green(vx-hy=-hb)}}}
Either of these can be your standard form in a very symbolized way.
