Question 85081
interval notation and graphing it
-1 <= 3-2x< 11
Subtract 3 along the line to get:
-4 <= -2x < 8
Divide thru by -2 to get:
2>=x>-4
Rewrite as:
-4<x<=2
-------------
To graph:
Draw a number line and plot x=-4 and x=2 appropriately.
Draw an open circle around point x=2
Draw a darkened circle around point x=-4
Darken all the points between x=-4 and x=2
All the dard points are the graph you want.
