There is one surface with an area of 3 by 4, 2 surfaces with area of 3 by 5, and 2 surfaces with an area of 4 by 5.  Calculate all of these areas, add them together and then multiply by 20.  If you then need to do the inside as well, double what you just calculated and add 20 times another surface of 3 by 4.
