This is impossible because "e", the middle letter of "< bed", is the vertex 
of "< bed". The bisector of an angle must pass through the vertex of the 
angle it bisects.  But "bc" cannot pass through the vertex "e" and at the
same time pass through "b", which is a point on one of the sides of the 
angle.   You may correct the problem in the thank-you note form below.  
However if you use < for an angle be sure to skip a space immediately after
it because otherwise what follows the < will be deleted due to a feature 
of html.
