Question 983562
Find the roots of the polynomial. Use synthetic division to test the roots, -1,-2,-4,-8,1,2,4,8. You should find remainders to be 0 when you test for -2, or 1, or 4. Finding any one of these through synthetic division gives a resulting quadratic factor as the quotient, easily solved through factoring.
