Question 979923
I have used 129 hours of the 350 hours that I can use to record tv on my cable account. I figured out that I could record 442 1/2 hour shows. What I want to find out is if I wanted to record 73 hour shows and the rest 1/2 hour shows, how do I calculate and show in linear inequality in both a graph and righting it out step by step?
---------------------------
73*1 + n*(1/2) <= 350
n/2 = 277
n = 554 30 minute shows
----------------------
If you're only concerned with 1 hr and 1/2, count the 1 hour as 2 shows.
Then you can graph shows vs. time.
====================
That's a lot of shows. When will you have time to watch them all?
