Question 83387
It's really easy to multiply fractions.
All you have to do is multiply the top part by the top part and the bottom part by the bottom part.
{{{(1/6)*(2/5)=1/cross(6)*cross(2)/5}}}
reducing the 6 and the 2, the 6 becomes 3 and the 2 becomes 1:
{{{1/3*1/5=1/15}}}

EDIT BY:Ryanman
or to prevent making silly mistakes on the test, u can multiply top by top and bottom by bottom BUT U DONT HAVE TO CROSS OUT THE 6 AND THE 2 NOW .
SO U CAN DO IT NORMALLY AND SAY {{{(1/6)*(2/5)=1/(6)*(2)/5}}}
Which is equal to {{{2/30}}} and NOW U CAN REDUCE IT WITHOUT ANY CONFUSION to {{{1/15}}}
good luck!
