Question 976397
<font face="Times New Roman" size="+2">

You need to use more parentheses when you render an expression in plain text. I'm not clear on whether you mean:

*[tex \LARGE \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ D\ =\ \frac{C}{2\pi(A\ +\ B)}]

or

*[tex \LARGE \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ D\ =\ \frac{C}{2\pi}(A\ +\ B)]

There are other possible interpretations but these seem most likely.

The first one rearranges to:

*[tex \LARGE \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ B\ =\ \frac{C}{2\pi D}\ -\ A]

The second rearranges to:

*[tex \LARGE \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ B\ =\ \frac{2\pi D}{C}\ -\ A]

Whichever it is, just substitute your given values and do the indicated arithmetic.

John
*[tex \LARGE e^{i\pi}\ +\ 1\ =\ 0]
My calculator said it, I believe it, that settles it
