If you really are a Cadet Platoon Sergeant, then you have just been busted to Private. Cadet Platoon Sergeants, like any leader, understand the importance of following, to the maximum degree circumstances allow, the orders and instructions of their superiors in the chain of command.

The instructions on this website clearly state: One question per post. Therefore, back in ranks, Private.

Be that as it may, I will give you some guidance on the first question.

The two squads must cover a distance of 12 miles. If one squad is traveling at 3 mph and the other is traveling 9 mph, they are getting closer at a rate of 3 + 6 mph, or 9 mph. So how long to go 12 miles at 9 mph? By the way, 1/3 of an hour is 20 minutes.
