Question 974994
Let's solve for y to get it into y = mx+b form (slope intercept form)

{{{y-8 = (-4/3)*(x+3)}}}

{{{y-8 = (-4/3)*x+(-4/3)*3}}} Distribute

{{{y-8 = (-4/3)*x-4}}}

{{{y-8+8 = (-4/3)*x-4+8}}} Add 8 to both sides.

{{{y = (-4/3)*x+4}}}

The equation has a slope of -4/3 and a y-intercept of 4
