3 consecutive odd integers such that the product of the first and the third integers is equal to 4 less than the square of the second integer

my sides keep cancelling out, what am i missing

Use n-2, n, n+2

(n-2)*(n+2) = n^2 - 4
----------------
It's true for any 3 odd (or even) consecutive integers.
No unique solution.
