To find the solution set and\ show it with a graph, you first find the vertex (h,k) of the quadratic equation. Probably it is a parabola facing downward. Next use test point (0,0) and subtitute it. 

Hence if we substitute it, we will have:

{{{0_<20}}}, which is true. Hence the soluton set would be the graph of the parabola shaded on the part where (0,0) belongs.
