(sqrt2)(sinx)(cosx)+(cosx)=0

Cosx(sqrt2*sinx+1)=0
cosx(sqrt2*sinx+1)^2=0

Where do I go after this? (besides expanding the parentheses that is being squared)

cosx(sqrt2*sinx+1)^2=0   **************  There's no reason to square it.

cos(x) = 0
x = pi/2 + n*pi  n = 0,1,2,3...

sinx+1=0
sin(x) = -1
x = 3pi/2 + 2n*pi  n = 0,1,2,3...
