Question 959513
A reflection flips a figure over a line of reflection to create a mirror image.
To reflect about the y-axis we take each coordinate pair and apply the following rule (x,y) = (-x,y)
we are given (-5,2), (-2,5), (-1,-1) and to reflect about the y axis we get (5,2), (2,5), (1,-1)
We now need to reflect the y-axis flip about the x-axis, we use the following rule (x,y) = (x,-y) and we get
(5,-2), (2,-5), (1,1)
