Question 950844
Take the square root of the area to get the length of each side.

{{{sqrt(x^2-10x+25) = sqrt((x-5)^2) = x-5}}} (where {{{x >= 5}}})

Each side is {{{x-5}}} units long.

Multiply that expression by 4 to get the perimeter {{{4(x-5)=highlight(4x-20)}}}
