Question 948711
All three of these equations:
Equation 1: {{{ (5/2)y=x^2 }}}
Equation 2:{{{ x^2=(5/2)y }}}
Equation 3:{{{ -x^2=-(5/2)y}}}
mean the same thing.
Look at equation 3:
{{{ -x^2=-(5/2)y}}}
If you divide both sides by -1, you end up with:
{{{x^2=(5/2)y}}}
This is the same equation as equation 2!
Essentially, what this means is that you can re-order the equation in either way that you like. They both mean the same thing.
Hope this helps!
