Question 948626

Simplifying rational exponents; negative exponents and fractional bases. I don't understand these problems and need step by step instruction to complete remaining homework. Need to simplify and write without exponents. Please and thank you.

(1/25)^3/2=?

64^-2/3

I appreciate your assistance with the step by step instruction. :)
<pre>
I.
{{{(1/25)^(3/2)}}}
{{{(5^(- 2))^(3/2)}}} ------- {{{1/25}}} is the same as {{{5^-2}}}
{{{highlight(highlight(5^(- 2(3/2))))}}} ------ Exponents are multiplied when raising an expression with the same base
                    to another power (- 2 being raised to the {{{3/2}}})
{{{highlight(highlight(5^((- cross(2))(3/cross(2)))))}}}_____{{{5^- 3}}}________{{{highlight_green(highlight_green(1/125)))}}}

II.
{{{64^(- 2/3)}}}________{{{(root(3, 64))^(- 2)}}}_______{{{4^- 2}}}________{{{1/4^2}}}_______{{{highlight_green(1/16)}}}
