Question 942066
That is faulty. Cone has a height AND a radius; Cylinder has a height AND a radius. Hemisphere will only have a radius.

Height and radii all the same!
Like r=h. Same r for each of the shapes.

From the formulas for the volumes,
CONE, {{{(1/3)r*pi*r^2=highlight((pi/3)r^3)}}}
CYLINDER, {{{r*pi*r^2=highlight(pi*r^3)}}}
HEMISPH, {{{(1/2)*(4/3)pi*r^3=highlight((2/3)pi*r^3)}}}

The relative order should be easily enough found from those.
