I'm not sure what you mean by <code>"Find the probability of identical outcomes."</code> but I'll assume you mean the probability of getting a two digit number with repeated digits (ex: 55).


There are 3 numbers like that: 55, 77, 88


Out of 9 numbers total. 


So the probability is {{{3/9 = 1/3}}}
