Question 79029
Factor each polynomical(sic) completely: Cute...but it's really "polynomial".
1)
{{{3x^2-18x+27 = (3x-9)(x-3)}}}

2)
{{{x^3+3x^2-4x-12 = (x^2-4)(x+3)}}} but notice that the {{{(x^2-4)}}} is the difference of two squares and this can be factored too:
{{{x^2-4 = (x+2)(x-2)}}} so, putting it all together, you get:
{{{x^3+3x^2-4x-12 = (x+2)(x-2)(x+3)}}}
