Question 930369

7(log81 9)(log2 80 - log2 5)

I am having trouble with the steps to answer how to evaluate this logarithmic expression. I know that log 2 can be combined to log2 80/5 but I'm lost after that.
<pre>
{{{7(log (81, 9))(log (2, 80) - log (2, 5))}}}
{{{7(log (81, 9))(log (2, 80/5))}}}
{{{7(log (81, 9))(log (2, 16))}}}
Since {{{81^(1/2) = 9}}}, and {{{2^4 = 16}}}, then:
{{{7(log (81, 9))(log (2, 16))}}} becomes: {{{7(1/2)(4)}}}, or {{{highlight_green(14)}}}
