Yes these two triangles are congruent by the <a href="http://www.mathwarehouse.com/geometry/congruent_triangles/angle-angle-side-postulate.php">AAS property</a> or the <a href="http://www.mathopenref.com/congruentasa.html">ASA property</a> depending on how you draw the triangle and where the side is placed (either between the angles or not between the angles)



AAS = angle, angle, side (some books use "SAA" instead of "AAS", but they are the same)



ASA = angle, side, angle
