The degree of the numerator (1) is smaller than the degree of the denominator (3).


So the horizontal asymptote is {{{y = 0}}}. The horizontal asymptote is ALWAYS {{{y = 0}}} when {{{degree_of_numerator < degree_of_denominator}}}
