Question 915528
Let z = y/(y+3)

So (y/(y+3))/(y/(y+3))+y is really (z/z) + y

But z/z = 1 (where z is nonzero) meaning that (z/z) + y turns into 1+y

-------------------------------------------------------

So the whole thing simplifies to 1 + y
