Question 912019
The distance formula will give the size of the diameter from which you can determine the size of the radius. The midpoint formula will give the coordinates for the center. You can then fill the standard form equation for the circle {{{(x-h)^2+(y-k)^2=r^2}}} identifying (h,k) and the center point, and r is the radius.

A smaller amount of further help:
Your h and k,
{{{(-2+8)/2=h}}};
{{{(6+(-2))/2=k}}}.
