If the average of *[tex \Large n] data points is *[tex \Large \mu], then the sum of the data points must be *[tex \Large n\cdot\mu].  So multiply the desired average by the number of tests to obtain the desired overall sum, then add the scores from the tests already taken and subtract that sum desired sum to get the necessary score for the desired average.
