The amount of time they've worked there is irrelevant.  The bulk of this problem is figuring out the information that's unnecessary.  
If Belinda's salary is .75 of Kevin's, whose salary is 50, then Belinda's is 37.5
Trang's is three times as much as Belinda, or 3*37.5 = $112,500/yr.  He must be a computer engineer ;-)
