Question 907212
A bottle of juice initially has a temperature of 70 degrees Fahrenheit. It is left to cool in a refrigerator that has a temperature of 45 degrees Fahrenheit. After 10 minutes, the temperature of the juice is 55 degrees Fahrenheit.

By what percentage is the juice cooling?

Can someone please help show me the steps on how to solve this problem? I know that the answer is -9.16%
--------------
Temperature calculations have to use absolute scales, either Kelvin or Rankine.
----
Cooling from 70F to 55F = from 21.11C to 12.78C --> 39.5% decrease.
Is it -9.16% or -39.5% ?
Not a good problem.
