I gave more information, guidance, to your second attempt at asking this question.  What is shown in this posting, above, is condensed and just needs simplification.  The left member can stay the same because you will use the same slope, based on wanting the line which is parallel.  The right member will change because the two lines will, though being parallel, be different.</PRE>
