Maybe the question is supposed to be, "how many batches"? One recipe makes a batch of 10 cups. You want to find which material if any is available as the limiting material ingredient. Let us make another column for "percent available", and find the percentage of the material in the total inventory of ingredients; we can then spot which material is the one which will limit the batches.

Recipe, 1 batch, 10-cup
------------------------------------------------
INGRED____ %vol____ QTY AVAIL(cups)____ % of avail.
water ____ 50_______ 80 _______ 40
themix ___ 25________ 44 _______ 22
lemJuice ___ 10 ________ 36 _______ 18
sugar_____ 15_________ 40_______ 20
------------------------------------------------

Both the water and the lemon mix seem to be in lower percentages than the recipe specifies. The water is 80% of the recipe, and the lemon mix is {{{22/25=88}}}% of the recipe. The number of batches that can be made is limited by the water available. The available water material is the most limiting material.

Now, work back to the quantities and volumes of materials for batches.
80 cups of water is 50% for a batch of 80*2=160 cup recipe. Think about this paragraph very carefully to be sure you understand. The rest of the blend to prepare will be based on this 160-cup mixture or blend. Once you understand this, then

Preparing 160-cup of blend means 16 of the 10-cup recipe.

Lemon Mix, 0.25*160=40 cups
Lemon Juice, 0.10*160=16 cups
Sugar, 0.15*160=24 cups
