Let length and width be L, and W, respectively
Then, equation for the perimeter is: {{{highlight_green(highlight_green(2L + 2W = 90))}}}
2L + 2W = 90_____2(L + W) = 2(45)_____L + W = 45_____L = 45 - W
Equation for area: W(45 - W) = 450_____{{{45W - W^2 = 450}}}______ {{{highlight_green(highlight_green(A(W) = - W^2 + 45W - 450))}}}
You can do the check!!
