Question 884648
Good afternoon,
I was wondering if someone could help me solve this equation. I tried to solve it, but I feel that I am not correct. Can someone help me. thank you in advance.
The equation is (x+2/x-3)/(x-2/x-3). The answer I received was -6x+9 like I stated before I feel like am off the charts wrong. So please get back to me when you can. Once again thank you.
<pre>
This is NOT an equation (no EQUALS sign), but an expression that can only be SIMPLIFIED, not solved.
If it's: {{{(x + 2)/(x - 3)}}} ÷ {{{(x - 2)/(x - 3)}}}, then we get:
{{{((x + 2)/(x - 3)) * ((x - 3)/(x - 2))}}} ------ Changing DIVISION to MULTIPLICATION and inverting the DIVISOR
{{{((x + 2)/cross(x - 3)) * (cross(x - 3)/(x - 2))}}}_____{{{highlight_green(highlight_green((x + 2)/(x - 2)))}}}
You can do the check!!
