That's right.  You can go further than that seeing that the right hand member is {{{-1/2}}}.  You can then say, the LCD is {{{highlight_green(2x(x-7))}}}.  You would then solve for x by first multiplying the right and left members by {{{2x(x-7)}}}.  Doing so and simplifying will clear the denominators, and you continue solving for x.
