Question 864761
the displacement d (in meters) of an object at time t (in seconds) is given by the following equation:
d=3+10cos((3pi/2)t)
Question: what is the time required for oscillation? ( i know the answer is 4/3 but why?)
-------
Form: y = acos(bx)
Period = (2pi/)b = (2pi)/(3pi/2) = (2pi)(2/(3pi)) = (4/3)
