Explain the meaning of the ordered pair (3,18)?

such as:

Therefor
2x = 6 and 3y = 54
OR
3x = 9 ; 5y = 90

Equation 1:: 2x + 3y = 60
Equation 2:: 3x + 5y = 99
(3,18) is the solution for this system (2 or more) of equations.
