For *[tex \LARGE f(10)], simply replace *[tex \LARGE x] with *[tex \LARGE 10] and use your calculator to do the arithmetic.  I can't help you with *[tex \LARGE f(-10)] because you didn't provide a definition of the function for values of the independent variable that are less than *[tex \LARGE -5].
